Road to Ruin

Road to Ruin is a queer sci-fi dystopian novel following a bike carrier working in a desolate wasteland. It is duology with Flight of the Fallen as the second book.

At this time, people live in protected biodomes, and Jin-Lu travels between them bringing messages. She must brave the harsh conditions with the deadly storms, as well as the marauders and beasts to deliver the mail and packages she carries. Some of the most precious cargo she has are the love letters a prince writes to a princess who endures an abusive family. The princess has been promised to someone she does not want to marry.

A debut novel by Hana Lee in 2024, the author is a biracial Korean American writer, as well as software developer. She enjoys fantastical stories in their many forms, plays video games, and listens to indie rock.

Her short fiction has appeared in magazines such as Fantasy Magazine and Uncanny Magazine
